I have two questions about the I-94. First, I just want to verify that the I-94 referred to in all the AOS paperwork is indeed that little tiny piece of paper they stapled into the passport at POE that was filled out on the airplane? It does say I-94 on it, it just seems so little for something so important! and if this is correct, the imprinted 11 digit # in the upper left corner is the I-94 # that is requested on some of the AOS paperwork??

Secondly, the I-485 requests it be sent it as 'Evidence of Eligibility'. Do we send in a copy of it front and back or do you send in the original? I get so nervouse sending in originals.

Also did people send in their original I-797C NOA2 or just copies?

Thanks for any help!!!

Yes that is the I94. A very important little document. I would not send the original, just make a copy (front & back), I would make several copies and keep them for the future. We did not send anything original. Hope this helps

Make copies of the front and back and send the copies. Do you have the DS-3025 and if so does it show that all vaccinations are up to date? If not you may need to see a civil surgeon.

DO take Jasmans advice, and send copies of K1 visa and I 94 ( front and back )

dont send any original certificates ( as there is always a possibility the package could get lost in mail ) they usualy ask for any original documents at the interview , so anything you mail a copy will do till the interview :)
