Checking the DS230 form I found some mistakes/missing parts that my husband didnt fill. Please :help:

Part I

1. Q. 20 my hubby didnt leave blank and handwrite "present", instead he put 02/2008

- Can I correct that somehow?

2. Q. 14 is mentioned my name-USC spouse, Q.19 answer is NONE, but what is confusing me is:

-21a: Person(s) named in 14 and 19 who will accompany you to the United States now.

-21b: Person(s) named in 14 and 19 who will follow you to the United States at a later date.(What am I suppose to put there?)

It might gonna sound stupid questions, but who cares, better get correct answers then RFE.

Thanks again to all!!!

Dani

1. Q. 20 my hubby didnt leave blank and handwrite "present", instead he put 02/2008

I would cross it out and write in the word 'Present'.

Both 21a and 21b should be 'None' - it would only apply in a situation where your spouse or children are also immigrating with you, or if both of you lived in a 3rd country and were going to move to the U.S. together.

definite put in the word present for question 20 and there is another question asking your spouse currently working not not, that is question 22, if he/she currently working i just put in present also

if you don't have any children then question 14 is N/a

for 21a and b if you accompany then you should put in or put N/a for both if you are not.
