Letter of Intent?

I have not received any requests for letter of intent and am wondering if it is needed at the interview. My fiance will be there with me, so I am thinking that perhaps he can verbally express his intent. Or is it better to have it anyways?

if he is going to be there and that is better than a written letter. (if they want written than he can do it when it is there anyway) so than dont worry about it. If he isn't going to be there I would have it just incase because if you don't and they ask than ur in trouble. Better to be over prepared than under prepared.

We did that already, but I've heard that there should be another letter with the date closer to the interview date that he still intends to get married.

When we went through the K-1 process, we included a letter of intent from Rob with our petition when we mailed it off. The interview was 3 months after filing, and we never did up a new Letter of Intent, and I was never asked for one. You'll be fine

Yeh actually now you come to mention it, I think I took one with me to the interview but was never asked for it. But my fiance was not with me for it.

My fiance wasn't with me either, as he had to move back to America 2 weeks before the interview to start his job in the U.S. Your fiance will be there, so sit back and enjoy!

I sent one in with the application and from the looks of the instructions in the "Guides" section, they say you should send another one closer to the interview date, confirming that you are still willing to do it. Who knows though..... I will do it, just to be safe and in case I can't be there with him for the interview.
