confusion of filing I-131

please help me to fill up from I-131. I am trying to fill up part 3. I dont have any departure date and for how long.

Dont we need to fill up 4 and 5 of part 3?

What about part 7? what to fill?

Hi,

Try to check the example I-131 form.. you don't need the exact date or how long, we just assumed it. As long as you put a date and expected length of trip.

If you're applying for AP, you don't need to answer #4 to 6. You need to complete Part 7 if you're applying for AP

On the example form of visajourney, part 7 is also blank, Don;t we need to fill up part 7??
