Are we set for the interview help

My SO sent in the K3 packet with the CIB bank fee and medicals everything. Will that be a problem? His interview is in 24 hours and I ask him if he had the 130 dollars took care of. and he said he already sent it in with the k3 packet. What other money will he need to take with him. Im not sure he got his birthrecord translated either... should he do that asap before interview or just for AOS?

I thought he had to take the receipt with him to the interview but he mailed it with the packet.

I think there is another travel fee of 100 dollars too. Our intervew was so long ago it is hard to remember. Sorry cant be no help. But wishing you two the best of luck.

yeah i think he should send the CIB receipt (130 dollars / the visa fee ) with package 3

and i think the USA embassy when they send him the package 3 they tell him what do they want

i dunno if he paid for DHL or not

so if he paid for DHL already so there is nothing else he will pay for

yes he should send the receipt with package3 and there is nothing else he have to pay for just the HDL fee that will back his passport to him with the visa soon inshaAllah

The CIB Fee is 131 USD not 130 USD so make sure it was the correct amount. Also the DHL fee is around 50 to 60 pounds if I remember correctly.

No alot say you do not need translation of the Birth record for Interview only for AOS. However, the embassy can request any original they want to see so make sure have it with you at the interview.

As for as the DS 156 asking for more proof of engagement......you do not have to mail that with your packet 3 but we did. We just did another intent to marry letter just like the one we sent with our 129-F petition but with a new date of course.

But you do not have to send it.....but you need to have all originals and supporting documents of an on going relationship with you for the interview as the Embassy has a right to ask for whatever they want duirng the interview. This includes any originals that were sent with your original petition. The one thing they asked us to see was my original divorce decree and more pictures. But then they changed their minds about the pictures and said they have plenty already. (we sent alot with our original petition and with packet 3.....however they returned the ones we sent with packet 3 to us)

DO not worry you will be fine. Our Interview only lasted 3 mins Ahmed said. I have heard it can last from 5 to 15 mins but everyone lately has said they were very short.

yeah sorry the visa fee is 131 USD and the DHL fee is 48 Egyptian pounds about (8 dollars )
