Please every one note Calif service center wants photos with Digital dates imprinted on them Of course any moron can dial in a different date on their camera and the plesant guy on the phone ackowledeged this he said, that is how they like photo evidence, printing on the back is not considered acceptable evidence!!!!!! I had the ####### thread and am at a mellower mood after a nice chat with my Fiancee'.

Please note it sounds alittle weird but my Fiencee desires I do not post our timeline and I respect her wishes I think in some countries there is more fear/concern over how data can be used But our NOA1 was Dec20 and RFE APR 18

How odd. I'm sure I've read of many folks whose digital cameras didn't put the dates on their photos and they didn't receive an RFE.

Just another inconsistancy in the process...!

I think there are many different answers given from CSC on things, they don't know what they are talking about.......I don't really think we should trust anything they say anymore

When I sent my pictures to CSC. All my photos have imprinted date on them...I guess the pictures support the evidence the exit and entry stamps on my passport

Oh great! I just hope we get the one person there with enough common sense to accept the photos with my written dates on them. I mean, come on guys, all other evidence says I was there including dated billboard!

We never had dates on ours, just put them on a sheet and wrote the place,date below. Maybe this new!

We didnt have those imprinted dates but ours had the date printed on the back when they were developed. They accepted them.

that's ridiculous. Not everyone has a digital camera, (me), and if you are including pictures from the past, you weren't necessarily thinking then ... hey, I'd better put dates on these when I print them, in case I ever lose my mind enough to go through the K-1 process.

Even my regualr camera (35mm) has a feature to turn a date/time stamp on and it prints on the front of the picture - but I don't like to use it as it makes the photos look a little strange! I sent in our photos without any dates (digital or otherwise) I even forgot to put names and dates on the back - they were sent blank - I guess our examinrer was OK with them - If he wasn't - there was no way to go back and redo it unless I had the Walgreen people put dates on them.

I know mine don't have dates on them. I just included a sheet underneath stating who, where and when. My regular camera puts a date on pictures but you can't read it anyways. Lets hope Nebraska isn't this picky.

well, I guess photos aren't supposed to be acceptable as proof anyhow, so that is why I am surprised that they sent them back requesting date stamps. (I sent boarding passes and receipts. My pics were just colour photocopies, thrown in because I had them on hand.)

I had boarding passes and a passport stamp for every trip with the exception of our first meeting. Its not like I knew then that he would be moving to the US. I would hope that would be enough evidence.

My date stamp for my camera makes the pictures look strange too. To me it makes them look fake like I added any date to them. it's a digital camera and really it could be any date you set on the camera to than be on the photo. seems pointless. I sent mine with no printed dates but wrote them on the back. Didn't get an rfe for it, only for proof of relationship.

Well, I sent my photos with dates on the back, they do say to do it that way, and they do say even with a date on them it doesn´t actually mean a thing. Hope I don´t get an RFE for something so trivial.
