Do we need to send separate I-194 copies and passport, visa copies for EAD and travel coument? or only one items for all I-485, I-765 and I -131. And what to write numne 16 of I -765? Thanks.

AOS Timeline:

Feb. 15, 2008 - Got married

Feb. 29, 2008 - Apllied SSN with married name

Mar. 11, 2008 - Packet mailed (AOS, EAD, & AP)

Mar. 12, 2008 - AOS pkt was delivered

Mar. 18, 2008 - Check cashed!!

Mar. 20, 2008 - Received NOAs for AOS, EAD, & AP as notice date on 17th March

Mar. 25, 2008 - Received Bio. Appointment Letter

Apr. 9, 2008 - Bio. Appointment Date

Apr. 2, 2008 - SS Card received

Apr. 9, 2008 - I-485 and I-765 are online

May. 7, 2008 - Email notification of EAD "card production ordered"/approval of Travel Document

May. 12, 2008 - Received AP in mail

May. 15, 2008 - Received EAD Approval email

May. 17, 2008 - Received EAD card in mail

Aug. 20, 2008 - AOS Interview (Recived Interview Letter on June 27)

Aug. 25, 2008 - Received welcome letter

Sep. 2, 2008 - Received 2 years green card

I-751 Timeline

06/17/2010 - Mailed I-751 packet via Priority mail to VSC

06/19/2010 - Packet was delivered

06/22/2010 - Check depsosited

06/26/2010 - Received NOA/Extension letter as notice date on June 21

07/10/2010 - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter

08/03/2010 - Bio. Appointment Date

08/24/2010 - Recived Approval Letter dated 08/17/2010

08/28/2010 - Received Card

Consider your applications for I-765 and I-131 completely separate. You'll be throwing them in the same package as the I-485, but do include copies of everything they ask in the amount of required as if you were sending them separately to different places. So for example if they ask for 2 photos for the I-485, 2 for the I-765, 2 for the I-131, send 6 photos. If they want a copy of your I-94 for all three forms, then send 3 copies of your I-94, etc.

Timeline:

2005-04-14: met online

2005-09-03: met in person

2007-02-26: filed for K-1

2007-03-19: K-1 approved

2007-06-11: K-1 in hand

2007-07-03: arrived in USA

2007-07-21: got married, yay!

2007-07-28: applied for green card

2008-02-19: conditional green card in hand

2010-01-05: applied for removal of conditions

2010-06-14: 10-year green card in hand

2013-11-19: applied for US citizenship

2014-02-10: became a US citizen

2014-02-22: applied for US passport

2014-03-14: received US passport

Yes, I think that you must consider every form as separate and attach all the documents required in everyone.

so why this site say just to send a copy of I-94 and passport copies with the whole file? i didnt know we have to send many copies

2008-6-27 : interview appointment letter (for August)

2008-8---- : interview was fine, but was given a RFE, reason: chicken pox shot( although i got the shot when i was little)

2010-7-13 : I-751 sent

2010-7-16 : I-751 received

2010-7-20 : I-751 sent back to me. Cause: signatures and filing early.

2010-7-26 : I-751 re-sent

2010-8-09 : First NOA received ( dated 8/2 )

2010-8-12 : Biometrics appointment letter received ( dated 8/6 )

2010-8-19 : Early biometrics

2010-9-08 : Card production ordered

2010-9-15 : Green Card received, with incorrect first name (one letter missing)

I-90

2010-9-16 : Sent I-90 with Green Card

2010-9-17 : I-90 delivered

2010-9-24 : Receipt received. Notice date: 9-22

2011-2-08 : Card production ordered

2011-2-10 : Card received with NO errors.

N400 :

11-22-2011 :Sent

02-21-2012 :Interview ( a long delay afterwards)

05-18-2012 :Oath - US citizen

I guess u need 2. actually m a little worried now coz i sent my AOS application last friday, I didnt include a separate required documents for my I-765 and I-131 and i just read here dat no sharing of required documents for I- 485, I-765 and I-131. well m still hoping that everything will turns out good...
