Hi everyone, I sent my AOS application last friday, I tracked it yesterday and it was delivered already but when i read some post here, it says no sharing of evidence for I-485, I-765 and AP, the problem is I put all documents in one folder. I indicated everything in my cover letter but for I-765 and AP I didn't include the required documents except for the visa photos since those required documents are in my I-485, all I thought it will be fine. Will I still be eligible to have the EAD and AP?

Did you fill out the forms for I-131 and I-765 together with I-485?

If you fill out them I think there isn't too much problem with the documents. They will take them and make copies from I-485. But certainly, this depends what kind of people will review your petition. The worse thing is to get a RFE for the copies. But sincerely I don't think so.

We did the same thing, we just included one copy of everything, and the very last page of my whole packet was the I-765 for the EAD. I didn't even include the two additional photos required for the I-765 (I just sent two photos for the AOS). Everything went well for us, no RFE, no request for more copies of passport etc. So don't worry, you are good to go!

For others however, I would suggest going by the rules and making separate bundles for each application (AOS, EAD and AP), as suggested here on VJ, then sending everything in at once as one packet.
