I really miss my MIL & SIL's couscous... I just can't make it like they do... everything else I make pretty well. I also miss m'semmen w/ honey... I can't make that stuff to save my life!!!

Henna Rose - I have that Kitty Morse cookbook also, and it's really good. I use a version of her Chicken B'stilla all the time (I've altered it a bit to suit our taste more) - it has been a huge hit here!

I have mostly mastered Moroccan mint tea, but I miss NusNus from the cafe!

I really like that cookbook, too and the way the author explains the recipes. I haven't tried that chicken one yet. I have time to master some of these dishes, so when Hababi arrives I will be able to surprise him with some authentic Moroccan dishes! I really miss cooking with him and the way he would always clean the kitchen after wards, while I sipped that lovely mint tea (L)(F)
