Hello All :D

In I-134 instructions it states that I would also need to have Federal income tax returns notarized. Anything else needing to be notarized?

Also, would I need to include copies of birth certificates for sponsor/co-sponsor to verify USA citizenship (by birth)?

Thanks...

Only the I-134 is needed to be notarized... If you have documents that are not in English, then you will need to have it translated and whoever will do it should sign on it.

You've misread the instructions. Only the I-134 is notarized.

I read it here on VJ forum "Foreign Embassy and Consulate General" - Topic "I-134, Brief details of requirements" .................

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...i-134+affidavit

To substantiate the information regarding income and resources the sponsor should attach two or more of the following to the affidavit:

Notarized copies of his or her latest federal income tax return; Edited by AhmadGwen4evr
