documents needed for I -864?

what kind of supporting doucments have to include for I-864? Do we need bank balance letter? How many recent paychek stub we need to send? As per i-864, it is saying that for last 6 months paystubs. Thanks in advance for the informations.

You must attach the income tax for the last year (2007) and it's optional to send the other last two years (2006 & 2005). If you meet the 125% in your last income, the bank balance letter is optional. Ahh, you must submit an employment letter too. If you're using a co-sponsor, the petitioner must fill out an I-864 also. So, an I-864 from co-sponsor and another I-864 from petitioner. Everyone with the documentation required.

Thanks Malego? IS it necessary to send 6 months payechek stubs. Coz i dont have some payack stubs between this timeframe.

And on I-131, Part 3, questution 1 and 2 about date of intend departure, what date should i fill? coz i dont have any plan yet? Can i write any date?

I don't know the meaning of paystubs do you? But we only submitted with the I-864 form, the last three years of income tax (2007, 2006, 2005).

The same passed to me when I was filling that form. I put a tentative date of departure and another tentative date to return to USA. I filled the I-131 "if it will be necesary for an emergency" but how can we know when an emergency will appear?? Ahh, I didn't attach any explanation to this form. I only put business.

Bank Letter

Copy of Bank statements last 6 month

▪ Copy of most recent pay stubs ( 6 month )

▪ Copy of passport page ( USC)

▪ Copy of Checking and Savings account balance

on form i-131, it was written , skip to part 7, but on the visajourney sample example part 7 is also blank? Do we need to fill part 7 too??
