K1 question please help urgent

Hi people, I have a question on K1 application pending me and my fiance case is going under AP after da interview and its being 10 months now, and its being 2 years now since we file the case, and 3 years since we met I already went couple times to meet my fiance india and already been 2 time last year but still nothing happen yet, so frustrating

My main question is that, since we have been through relationship long time now, if by chance my fiance get pregnant while I visiting her, will that affect our K1 pending process, I mean how strict this embassy our concerning these things, since In indian culture the girl and boy dont have babies before marriage, you guys think the embassie will create problem on this if I got into this situation, I mean I really want to plan my family but I dont know all the rules about K1, so I dont want our waiting this long to go all in water just like that. So please help me on this, will it be problem at POE?

or if we do have babies before marriage, we have to let them know or not?

Being pregnant does not affect the K1. Doesn't hinder nor does it speed it up.

I mean since its not in indian culture that you can have babies before marriage, wont this embassie will ask question on this?, dont will doubt that ? I know it wont speed up, but I really wanted to be father, but the thing is that I also scared that embassie wont create any problem if we do have baby?

I can't answer the cultural thing. As for the embassy, maybe someone that has gone through the embassy in India will come along and be able to help you with your question.

I would be careful. Although the COs are not all Indian. They do know the culture and it might raise some issues. They might think you got married.

If I were you I would escalate this to the congressmen. My congressman got involved about 6 months ago and they helped us. they sent a letter to the Consulate General and he replied back. The congressman actually knew us for years, so he wrote how he was very close to the family. I think you should call them and have them get involved. Or get married and refile for a K3.
