Pls help.. I filed my I-485 & I-765 last January and I received a letter from USCIS, they said in order to process my papers:

1. The petitioner/sponsor must submit all federal income tax documentation submitted to the Internal Revenue Services (IRS) for most recent tax year.. ?? I am so confused because my husband already sent his 2004 to 2006 W2 tax info.So what federal Income tax they need?

2. And also I need to submit a properly completed and signed Form I-693, Medical Examination.. - But I already sent also my DS-3025 to them and I am pregnant so I can't take a vaccination or any shots.. If I will take a Medical Examination without vaccine to complete my I-693, Is the USCIS will still process my papers?

Pls Help me.. I need your advice guys... Thank u in advance..

What exactly did your husband send? His W2's or his income tax filings or tax transcripts....they're different things. The W2 is the paper you receive from your employer which documents your income for that year and shows the amound witheld for taxes, the tax filings are the printouts showing that you filed your taxes and the tax transcript is something you can request and IRS sends you after you filed your taxes....it is a summary of your tax filing.

If your husband only sent the W2's then he must send either the copies of having filed his tax return, or request tax transcripts fromthe IRS and send that.

2. And also I need to submit a properly completed and signed Form I-693, Medical Examination.. - But I already sent also my DS-3025 to them and I am pregnant so I can't take a vaccination or any shots.. If they are requiring it (and it looks by the wording of this) then you must go and have a complete Immigration Medical examination. It is not a vaccination issue...and if you're pregnant, they will not give you any unnecessary vaccines. You must find a "Civil Surgeon" in your area from the USCIS website and have him to an Immigration Medical Examination. He will then fill out form I-693 and you will need to send it in to USCIS.

Good luck,
