Could you please add PRISM and CFO to the map. I plan on sending my fiance to her CFO seminar when she has her medical. I'll be returning there for the interview and getting her CFO stamp. I don't know where these places are in relationship to our hotel.

i can help but i dont know which hotel u are. PRISM IS LOCATED JUST ACROSS LA SALLE UNIVERSITY (TAFT), facing that school's entrance gate,is the BDO its a bank, formerly equitable bank (prism is at the second floor of that same bldg), . u will pay 250 pesos and bring xerox copies of the ff;

1.)passport

2.)divorce decrees of the USC if divorced

3.)NBI

4.)1 pic of the 2 of u together

5.)blackpen to fill up registration form there (dont download the form anymore coz they will still ask u to fill up the registration form they have there so waste of time, like what happened to me when i downloaded their form on their website and i didnt use it)

6.)birth certificate of the beneficiary

note: u also have to bring the original copies of the following for referrence only: passport, Bc and NBI

dont be late when u go there,never be late!

memorize the infos of the USC like his ssn,bday,religion,reason why he divorced his ex wife,his kid's age,his celfon number or home fon number, these questions will be asked on the one-on-one in-depth counselling.

when ure done, they will give you a certificate of attendance (check the spelling of your name pls), this is what ure gonna bring to the next CFO guidance and counselling which will be when your visa is approved (this will cost u 400 pesos)

thanks

We are in Manila and twice today we got a taxi driver who didn't know his way around. The first one we caught at the U.S. Embassy and he couldn't find Robinsons Mall!!! He drove around lost for a while and finally we got out and walked. It is less than two miles from the Embassy and is huge...I don't know how it is possible that a taxi driver wouldn't know where one of the largest malls in town is.

Next, we caught a taxi at Robinsons mall to go to the CFO seminar. I guess I can understand him not knowing where the CFO seminar is held, but when we gave him the address (1422 Taft) he said he didn't know Taft street. It's a huge 4-lane road with an overhead train. We had to show him a map to find Taft. Amazing.
