Timeline
Eating- I like to rotate, I don't eat all of one particular thing first or last.

Gym- cardio first. Usually a warm up walk on the treadmill and then I move to the elliptical.

Valentines- yes always bought gifts for my friends/family/SO.

you buy gifts for family and friends on valentines?
