Woah, Steven, that's a bit thick!

Don't like the message?

Kill the messenger!

Can even feel the fatwah coming from "change" jihadists against Hillary supporters on VJ offtopics ;)

Sure Mr. Buddha. Look, I've said plenty of positive things about Sen. Clinton, Sen. McCain, even Huckabee. There's nothing wrong with throwing your support behind a candidate but if in doing so, you put blinders on from seeing that perhaps your candidate isn't the best one, that even when their campaign is falling apart, even after they lose one Primary after another, even when close friends of theirs endorse the other candidate, then you are detached from reality.

What would Buddha do?

Responding to the release of HRC's new TX TV ad, which asserts in no subtle terms that only she has the experience to deal with a major world crisis, and, relatedly, to keep your children safe, Slate's John Dickerson asked the obvious question:

"What foreign policy moment would you point to in Hillary's career where she's been tested by crisis?" he said.

Silence on the call. You could've knit a sweater in the time it took the usually verbose team of Mark Penn, Howard Wolfson and Lee Feinstein, Clinton's national security director, to find a cogent answer. And what they came up with was weak -- that she's been endorsed by many high ranking members of the uniformed military.

And they're trying to make out that Obama doesn't have what it takes. Brilliant.

HC does a lot of exaggerated self-advertising that doesn't bear close scrutiny. Like our mutual friend, the manure salesman.

Ahh, that ain't no brainer...

Budhha would have said: "When reason ends, then anger begins.

Therefore, anger is a sign of weakness."

Not that what you bring up here has any relevance in the context provided but I thought I remind you quickly that the Clinton campaign may be rather ill advised to try and bring up issues of "bone-headed" decisions regarding real estate dealings.
Now , now, that 'bone-headed" thing is BO's self-description Rheinhart. How come Barackis' are so touchy when it comes their "messiah"

Be that as it may, the issue at hand had nothing to do with it. Yet you sought to illustrate that Obama made bad decisions in the past when it comes to certain real estate dealings (that haven't cost any lives, by the way). He admits as much - one of the things I like about the guy, he's actually human and can therefore admit to an error. All I was trying to get across to you is what you seem to forget here: that your gal has had her fair share of bad decisions in real estate matters. She can't score on the front. Not one bit.

Yes, I agree with you. The difference is, some only admit after they are caught and some are fine to share with others about their past errors, even though they don't have to.
