Hillary whines - people don't like me because I'm a woman

In an interview with ABC News' Cynthia McFadden to air on this evening's "Nightline," Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., says it's tougher for her to run as a woman than it is for her male opponent.

Asked why she thinks so many women may be feeling sorry for her, Clinton said, "I think a lot of women project their own feelings and their lives onto me, and they see how hard this is. It's hard. It's hard being a woman out there. It is obviously challenging with some of the things that are said that are not even personal to me so much as they are about women.

"And I think women just sort of shake their head," Clinton continued. "My friends do. They say, 'Oh, my gosh, this is so hard.' Well, it's supposed to be hard. I'm running for the hardest job in the world. No one has ever done this. No woman has ever won a presidential primary before I won New Hampshire. This is hard. And I don't expect any sympathy, I don't expect any kind of, you know, allowances or special privileges, because I knew what I was getting myself into.

"Every so often I just wish that it were a little more of an even playing field," she said, "but, you know, I play on whatever field is out there."

Is she trying to find an excuse before she concedes? I think, she is running a good campaign against Obama. But she is not ahead because more Democrats want to see a new face.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Your sounding like your trying to will Hillary to drop out. I know her staying in is bad for Obama and it's understandable that if he is your favorite you want to see her leave, but don't hold your breath. Hillary will be there until they drag her out kicking and screaming.

ETA.... BTW I find it wonderful that she is staying in it to the end. All the better for my side.

The only time Hillary will "leave" is when her second term as President finishes in January 2017.

The Clintons simply can not be beat.

Do you want to place a friendly wager on whether she wins? I think that if she is the nominee she will lose to McCain.

We will have better picture after March 4 primary. We'll see. If Hillary fails to win both OH and TX, the pressure will be on her to concede. Even her husband said these two states are must win for her.

Not sure. I gotta leave now. We are closing on our house today. Think of something good and we will talk about it when I get back.

I mean you no ill when I say that I take great pleasure in knowing that the very same John McCain that you absolutely loathed months before and said so on many occasions, is now the candidate you are backing. :P

Like I said before, what would you rather have? A broken leg, the clap or a headache. It a choice of what you hate the least. The only reason I care is because of the Supreme Court appointments that are coming up. If the court was populated with 30 somethings I would bow out of the whole thing.

:P I know, I know...but ...BUT I tried to make that point with you back when your guy was running and you wanted nothing of it. In fact, I think I asked you if you'd vote for McCain if he's the candidate and I think you said that's when you'd switch your vote to the Democrats. I'm just sayin. :P

I never said I would vote dem. I did say that I would sit out the election. But it's important to me to keep the SC conservative so I will hold my nose and vote for McCain.
