So at this point I do not know what to say or what to do.

As usual I checked the date regarding removing conditions on greencard with Nebraska.

On January 15th they were working on case from February 10... and right now on february 15th on case from July 2006....

Frustration got me and I do not know what to think or what to do.

Could it just be a mistake from USCIS or are they working on July 2006...

Any body with an answer.

My case is dated from February 2007....

thank you

Rejane

I doubt July 2006 could be right because I applied for my I-751 in September, 2006 and got approved May 8, 2007, received my 10-yr GC May 15, 2007.

Nothing would surprise me, though.

Good luck for a speedy approval.

Yes ,July 5,2006 !

I know it sounds ridiculous jumping from Feb 10,2007 to July 5,2006 but that's the way it goes with USCIS .Nothing make sense anymore .

I have scheduled and appointment for Monday March 3,2008 to see if they still have my application that I submitted 13 months ago and I won't live without a logical explanation why is taking so long for some us and why those who applied in June,July had a preferential treatment to be transferred to California Service Center and be done in 3-4 months

Enough with this BS
