hi there!

im no expert but ive got a friend whose got a daughter too which is similar to your case... she's got a record from the barangay also for all the shots or immunization since she was still a baby til age 6 i think and she just presented it to the doctors in st. lukes... anyways just bring all the record you have and st. lukes will actually know what appropriate shots will be given to the child. no worries on that. just present the record and probably they will ask questions about the child's health/history but nothing to worry about too much

good luck!

Just bring the vaccination record from the Baranggay Health Center. SLEC will give her the necessary vaccines/booster she needs for her age. Vaccine fee is already included with the medical fee, so no worry about the cost. Good Luck!
