Hi all!

My fiance has his interview in London on March 11. NVC sent his information to London even though we had requested his home country. He has been living in London for almost 10 years. He doesn't have permission to be in London but still pays taxes, has a drivers license, etc. I have been told that we will have "problems" :crying: . Does anyone have any experience with a similar situation?? YOur thoughts are appreciated. We just want to be together and he is convinced he knows someone that was in a similar situation and was granted a visa. I am really getting stressed out so any heads up would be wonderful!

Thanks so much!

I'd say just go for it and try it. If they never ask anything don't mention it. Of course if they do, don't lie just tell them the truth. If they say they can't process it ask them to transfer the case to Tirana. We were in the same situation in Italy and I'm glad we just went for it anyway because the process seemed to be much easier in Italy compared to stories I've heard in Albania. We were approved in Italy without Italian permission! Now we are here in New York soon to apply for adjustment of status. Good luck to you!
