we're having our AOS Interview tom at St. Louis and my husband and i are both nervous! though he's been constantly telling me to relax. these are all we have for the interview:

1. joint bank statements with both our names on it

2. car insurance and my name added to it

3. mail i've been getting since we got married

4. mail we've sent to each other before i came here in the US

5. copy of phone bills (to show that we've been communicating before i came here)

6. affidavits from family and friends

7. pics. an album to be precise

since we're both living with his mother temporarily, we've got no utility bills. sincei am also adjusting from B2 Visa, i don't have proof that i have no intent of immigrating here because i quit my job back home.

i just hope those would be enough. will post whatever happens tomorrow.

wish us luck!

I would add a statement from your mother-in-law certifying that you live in her house, and therefore there is no need to change the name on the utility bills, maybe notarized will be also viable.

It's just a thought, it'd give your story more veracity.

good luck!
