January filers VSC lottery, who gets the jackpot next?

I see it as the packet had to be put together when you sent the checklist back saying you had all the paper work. so it should be their fault it took so long to get the interview. i wasn't worried about it. maybe i should have worried about it but the pay check stubs from a month before worked fine for us. they did ask for paycheck stubs but didn't comment on how old they were. so what he has should be fine.

Im sure they will be fine ours arent that recent either, im sure they expect that knowing it has to be sent from the states.

Yep, agreed - they know it's coming from the states, and part of the requirement/checklist when you return packet 3 - so they have to realize it's not going to be from 1-2 weeks before the interview.

Hello there VSC filers, it is great to see how far along the process everyone has gone. I'm excited seeing all the good news about interviews and visa approvals. Over on the CSC we are starting to get approvals and many of us are getting things together for the next step in the process. Because all the posters here have already seen and discussed the next step in the process, and are probably quite knowledgeable about it, I hope from time to time you will check in on the Jan CSC thread and offer any advice you might be able to give when you see a question asked.
