WHAT??? How come others were able to be accomodated even just after a few weeks after RFE... maybe you got hold of somebody who is having premenstrual syndrome or on his menopausal stage or if it was male, he was having andopausal syndrome.

I feel for you.. i hope those who have been through RFE and was just approved could give you tips when and how to call.

BTW, I forgot to ask, are you the USC or the foreign beneficiary? I have heard that USCIS are less accomodating if the call comes from foreign beneficiary.... If you are the USC, I hope you would try calling again until you get hold of a more pleasant person... just remember, they maybe working with the USCIS but it is our application fee that gives them salary.

Stay strong and keep the faith... I do hope and pray that you would hear some good news soon.hugs3.gif

Thank u for ur hopes and prayers!!

i am the foreign fiancee, my baby USC who actually called the USCIS and talked to a man i think he was rude because after this call my sweetheart wasn't ok !!

may GOD helps all of you in ur upcoming medical and interview :innocent:;)

In the name of Allah most gracious most merciful

Amanda, I can feel your anxiety all the way here. B) I am 1001% positive that everthing will be PERFECT.

Why is it that whether beneficiary or the USC petitioner, the woman would always be the more anxious one? Is it becoz we are made to be that way? or maybe becoz the males have an easier time hiding their feelings?

I only found out Ricky was already a little depressed in the USCIS process after we got the NOA2 and then he told me he really needed that one to pick his spirits up... everytime we talk before he was always the encourager I even thought he didn't mind the wait.

now that medical and interview is fast approaching, he always ask me: "are you getting nervous?" and he always says: "everything will be ok, you will pass"... i can't read if he is getting anxious or not. Maybe he is just trying to be stronger for the both of us :luv: .

Bryan doesn't show any emotions about this entire process. he sometimes asks me "when did you say you think you'll be there?" like it didn't matter much. But he's just hiding his feelings on that one :) I don't think he is anxious but I know he is an emotional person. that's why I think he's hiding it.

My two cents on this... Maybe that's also because most men tend to be anxious on short-term events while we women are anxious about more things. If he was the one who had to leave everything behind, who had to go to the interview and medical exam, then I'm sure he would be anxious about these things. While since all he can do now is wait for me to come there, there's no point in being anxious. On the contrary if I was the USC I would be as nervous as I am now, because this whole process is going to affect our life! small events vs big ones.

Toby seems to already assume the whole process is over with. He is a nightmare at getting paperwork done etc, and all he thinks about is 'when will i get there' or 'how he's going to get a car for me' 'who's coming to the wedding'

As far as he's concerned the rest is just a breeze. If I stress about the interview, he just tells me to relax - it'll be no big deal!!

Throughout the process from filing to NOA2, Stephen was anxious and complained about the process "being out of his control"

He was very anxious the morning he received all the documents he needed from me for Packet 3 ... so anxious that he called and woke me very early so we could go through it all and he could mail it off!!!

After having sent Packet 4, I emailed the embassy to check on the status and got a reply with the interview date .... I immediately got anxious/stressed because it was only 1 month away!!! Called him a few minutes later and he was like "piece of cake" .... he's been stressing about the interview for months, then soon as we got the date, his thoughts went to "Everything is going to be OK and we'll be together in the same place for good" Now, I'm not saying that's a bad thought to have, not at all, but he did a complete 360 about that!!!

I still appear more nervous than he does .... although knowing him, when I land in Frankfurt on the 11th, he'll be a wreck and not sleep for the next 2 nights awaiting the interview .....

Damian wasn't stressing at all.. I was so overwhelmed getting paperwork together and he was more annoyed that the process was in his control. I was trying to move the process as fast as possible where he was just getting everything together saying "it's not in our control anyways" well once he received the papers from me. he understood what a big deal it was to have everything in order for the interview. every night this week we went over questions, what happens at each window, what papers they will ask for... before this week it was always "everything's going to be ok" "it's not a big deal" then he noticed how close the interview was!!

well... 2 hours in and still no word from him. I'm getting nervous! I told him to text me right when he gets out of that building!!
