Stephen had his medical, said it was relatively painless ... and lasted a few minutes. The waiting took longer - about 4 hours total in Dortmund. They said they would send the results to the embassy by the end of the week. He just has to return to his primary doctor to get one more vaccination booster later this week.

So now everything is done, just waiting for the interview

Damian had his interview today! he said it went very well.. it didn't take long at all and he said everyone was very very friendly and helpful. they asked him about 10 questions and everything that was said was so positive so now we're getting really really excited!!!

You know, it's crazy reading these threads now .... months ago we were all stressed & hoping the process would see us through, and now most of us are anxiously awaiting interview, or recently had them, etc. Stephen and I just saw each other this past week while I was in the UK on business, and I'm flying to Germany to goto the interview and help him get things packed up, etc. in less than 2 weeks.

It's so very surreal now ... I'm excited for all of us from January that have had interviews, have them up and coming. We never expected things to move this quickly but we are definitely excited. And we aren't just excited for ourselves, we are excited for everyone and their journeys as well.

I'm so glad to have found VJ and feel lucky to be in with the January VSC filers (what a great group!)

I hope all those still waiting from VSC January get their NOA2s very, very soon!!!!! And I hope the CSC gets it together soon for all the CSC filers!!!!!!!!!!

BIG BIG CONGRATS TO YOU GUYS!!!! I'm already getting anxious about my coming medical. I know I don't have anything to really worry about but I always become a temporary hypochondriac everytime there is medical... what if somebody accidentaly exchange my specimen with someone who has recently used drugs or someone with AIDS etc or what if they would find something on my xray result... yeah I get crazy like that.
