It's like they know I need him here by the end of June (for summer childcare - it's too late to make other arrangements now) and are purposely delaying it.

Just took a look at Igor's List and saw that an approval was given from VSC for someone who received their NOA1 in March... .. wait up!!! What about January??

It's a february filer who received NOA1 on march... but I think by next week, we will really be seeing true blooded march approvals while there are still people from way back June who are still waiting

I can't say I completely know how your feeling now, I can only empathize but I will never know it as intimately as you and others who have to endure the wait far longer than others but pls know that my heart goes out to you. I can only offer words but I can never make that NOA2 materialize, if only I could.

But I hope that you will continue to hold on and keep hoping that it will come soon because it will really come in God's perfect time. We may not understand it but He is never too late nor too early, His time is always perfect. It will come, when you least expect it, it will come.

As Rachel said "VSC has been slacking". I will continue to hold you and the others in my prayers, and we will hope that this week will be a better week for everybody still waiting.

psiprez.. I'm sorry if you mentioned this somewhere else but I was curious if you sent your marriage certificate in with your petition to prove your legal name change and they sent you an RFE anyway? I hope you get a happy email today!

So this morning I woke up and checked my status and no change - I get to work and decide, what the heck I'll feed the urge and check again. I burst into tears when I saw this:

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On March 30, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

I can't even describe how shocked I am. I for sure thought we'd be waiting longer.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND PRAYERS!!!! I do hope this is a sign that VSC will start cranking them out again this week and no one will be left waiting.
