Anything for anyone?? Maybe even a touch??

It's getting harder and harder to wait quietly - I went out and looked up couples who filed with VSC this past winter (December and earlier) and a large handful are still waiting for their I29 to be approved (of course some of them might not update their timeline)... I don't want to be in that boat... I envy the people that have waited for months without even calling USCIS to see what's going on. I think the February approvals are going to my head. Haha.

Honestly I think most of the ones who are 'straggling' behind are dormant on VJ now, although I know there are a couple still waiting, Someone posted a stats list yesterday, I read it somewhere.

As for the Jan/Feb approvals - I think they are about standard with their processing time now. Up to 60 days seems about right..

5th February 2008 - I-129F forms sent for K1 visa (VSC)

26th March 2008 - NOA2 recieved via email

19th May 2008 - Interview............APPROVED!!!!!!

21st May 2008 - Visa in hand

29th July 2008 - POE

2nd September 2008 - Married

19th September - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP to Chicago lockbox

25th September - Check cashed $1010.00 (OUCH!!)

29th September - Received NOA's for AOS/EAD/AP

13th October - AOS Petition transferred to CSC!!!

17th October - Biometrics (Tampa Office)

17th October - AOS/EAD Touched

20th October - AOS Touched

21st October - AOS Touched

6th November - AOS/EAD/AP Touched (probably due to change of address)

10th December - EAD approved

28th January 2009 - GC approved without interview. Done with all this till 2011!!!!!!!!

Things are moving along ... congrats!!! We called the NVC today, got the new case # and were told it would be sent off to Frankfurt tomorrow ....

Hopefully all of the remaining parts of our journeys to be together go smoothly!!!

I just called the lawyer and WERE APPROVED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (ON March 17th) WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO

When I saw all the peeps getting approved while our file was just sitting there day after day ... I got so depressed. Now Im the happiest person in the World right now !! I think Im gonna FAINT !!
