LOL ... I think we are all in shock of the February approvals!!! Am very happy for them, just makes us understand how the June-December filers felt when January approvals rolled in!!!

I'm buried in work trying to get things done so I can leave tomorrow for Germany ... always seems when I'm going to travel, everyone comes crawling out of the woodwork. So here's to my 11 hour day at work Now I can go finish packing!!!

Hope all that are still waiting are hanging in there ... and for all those already approved!

Yes, I'm looking forward to a short change of space & pace! Although I have to work from there, I do have 2 three day weekends. He's got next week off, so I suppose he'll be distracting me while I try to work

I'm just not looking forward to the 10 hours worth of flying, but thank goodness I only have 1 stop and a 1 hour layover. I suppose it could be much, much worse. I'm sure I'll surface back on the boards a little bit while gone. It will be good to get a temporary break from the insanity of the web and constant checking & hoping for NOA2 ...

But I'm sure one of us will end up needing to check .... So we'll still be dealing with the agony of "received and pending" just not being able to obsessively check on it

Thanks Dawn!!! And you'll be just leaving to go see Darren 2 days before I come back home. As I said already, I know you are going to have lots of fun in the UK. And having just been through the recent countdown until seeing S.O., I bet you are getting quite excited & antsy already!!!

With the crazy approvals/timelines, I know actually being with him for a short while will actually calm my anxiety and insanity over hoping for the approval!!

Same here Robyn, it's been 8 months since I last saw Rick. .. and we will be counting some more months before we see each other again which would be when he comes here to get us... hopefully by August. I wish for him to be with me when I get my interview (yes, i have not lost all hope that we will get the NOA2 soon and interview will be sched between now to June) but it is just too expensive, there are a lot of cases in the Philippines where the visa applicant is put on AR for a couple of weeks so we can't take the risk. I would need him more when it will be time to leave coz I can't handle two kids on my own plus tons of luggage.

OUch ya. i don't blame you for waiting to hav ehim help you with the 2 kids. I have 2 boys so i can relate (one is ADHD) Its so tough being a single mom especially with no family around. I pray we all get our approvals asap.
