Fool. They ain't immigrants! They ain't immigrants unless all of a sudden the simple sneaking across the border or overstaying one's welcome affords one such status. Or maybe it's stealing or faking some identities to take up unlawful employment that makes one an immigrant these days. Or maybe just working for cash under the table evading taxes makes it so. Or a combination of these things. Last I checked that wasn't so but the good Senator from Cali apparently knows something I don't. Asshat!

Calling them immigrants is like me kicking someone out of their house, moving in, and calling me the homeowner...

Yep, maybe we ought to knock on some politicians doors and get into action. Sneak into their house and then hide behind the homeowners association or somesuch. Brilliant! :thumbs:

nor do i, but for some reason the media in the usa is terminally stupid and calls it immigration reform, thus making it sound like all of us are in the same boat.

Well Well Well... guess what happened this morning in my workplace... just now as a matter of fact...

My boss hired this man friday who supplied a green card and a social security card... we turned him into the office that does our payroll... THEY RAN A CHECK ON HIS SOCIAL SECURITY CARD... and it DOES NOT MATCH who he says he is...

Come to find out... this man BOUGHT a green card... and a social security card... TRYING TO STAY HERE AS A LEGAL IMMIGRANT... and he did it how? ILLEGALLY!!!

Know what my boss did? Told him to hit the road jack!

My boss told him that if he had been honest about the whole thing, that he could have helped him to stay here legally... but being as he did it illegally... stealing someone's identity... he fired him...

they are still in my boss's office talking rather heatedly...

Okay... this is what happened...

the guy punched my boss... and ran out the back door...

2 co-workers ran after him...

one of the co-workers is stout and could not run as fast... the other ran and tackled him... got him down to the ground

my boss had already told me that if it became heated to call the cops... so i did... but ya know what? it took them FOREVER to get here...

anyways... while the cops were en route... the illegal guy was fighting with the co-worker... my boss was on the phone trying to find out where the police are... the other stout co-worker was hanging back... he is friends with the illegal...

in the meantime, the office that does our payroll called back to tell my boss that he definitely cannot put this guy on payroll because the Social Security Office could only tell them that the name does not match the SS #...

All I know at this moment is that the police came... and the guy has gone with them to the police station...

This happened in Lyons, Georgia...

I don't know if you will read about it in the news though... as far as I know... we didn't have any marches or anything...

This sure did shake up the office today tho!

At the moment... I am the only one at the office...

whew!
