I posted over in lifting conditions but thought I would post here too.

I just noticed I sent the I-129F on 2/28/04. So from k1 to 10 year green card it was 4 years to the day.

Totally weird, dude. My husband's 10-year green card arrived in the mail today, and the date on my I-129F cover letter is February 27, 2005. I probably actually sent it on 2/28/05.

This calls for beer!

March 7, 2005: I-129F NOA1

September 20, 2005: K-1 Interview in London. Visa received shortly thereafter.

AOS

December 30, 2005: I-485 received by USCIS

May 5, 2006: Interview at Phoenix district office. Approval pending FBI background check clearance. AOS finally approved almost two years later: February 14, 2008.

Received 10-year green card February 28, 2008

I actually put a change of address in in October last year from MA to WA. I guess the new serv cent is nebraska.

K-1/K-2 VISA'S APPROVED IN MONTREAL MAY 2, 2005

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
