I'm trying to find out what MARCH Filers HAVE NOT being transferred to CSC?

Please let me know if you HAVE NOT being transferred to California Service Center?

I'ts been two months for me and nothing...

We have not been transferred to CSC. We are still at MSC for the AOS, although we have rec'vd both EAD and AP in the mail. I am really hoping for AOS news soon! no touches on AOS since biometrics on 4/3. I imagine others are in the same boat.

Thought I'd keep everyone up to date. My husband's EAD and AP were approved yesterday! (Approval Notice Sent) WooHooooo :dance:

still waiting for mine. .....................................

To help those who are not being touched. I've reviewed at least 5 cases where they were touched 6+ times and then nothing so far for more than a month or two. One guy had two touches a month or so ago and then "pow" just got his approval email for the I-485. Hang tight, I'm in the same boat of "no touches since...."

My husband AOS has been TOUCHED again for the 7th times :wacko: ....I always keep on positive side..i'm hoping for approval for those touches like everyone does!! :thumbs:

AOS Process:

Mar. 11, 2008- ARRIVED US

Mar. 12, 2008- got married

00-00-0000-Temple wedding-Mormon church

Mar.13, 2008-completed vaccinations-I693A supplement from CS

How do you find out if your case has been transferred? Our case numbers are MSC XXXXXXX. Says also on the site that this case is at our national benefits center. I haven't had any touches or anything. We've had our biometrics, and we received our initial interview notice last week (it will be in Detroit on June 12). Thanks, the patient one, Alane & Ramzis

Hi,

I called USCIS yesterday and mentioned that i don't see any improvement on my I-485. That is...i dont see it online and i have no transfers to CSC whatsoever. Anyways, they told me i have a valid receipt number so there is nothing to worry. It's just that everything is on queu. For as long as i have the EAD and i can work that's it.

I guess we really have to wait for our turn. Good thing we have point of reference like how other cases are processed here in VJ. Goodluck may the force be with us!!!

I received my EAD card in the mail today... yes!!! :dance::dance::dance:

Got my AP in the mail today, Thank God b/c I bought my non refundable plane ticket for next week. Hope to get my EAD card before that. Seems like yestreday I was putting the whole package together. Now it's the final wait for the green card. Hope it goes just as fast.
