Received EAD and AP in mail today.. so tomorrow will go to SS Office :) so funny they used my biometrics picture for EAD, and as for AP they put the one I included with AOS :)

I havent had a touch on the I-485 since after my biometrics but even earlier on my I-130, no touches since they put it online for that. I just hope that something happens soon!!!

Well, at least you have your EAD & AP approval..I'd be happy with a touch at this point..just to show it's not lost. We've had his SSN and DL for a while now, but can't do anything else. Come on USCIS!!

please hang in there sometimes touches mean something, sometimes not, if you go to feb. filers you will see that some never get a single touch but were suddennly receiving interview notices or received transfer letters. Keep you chin up (F)

Thanks nana... I know that touches don't necessarily mean anything, but it'd be nice to know it wasn't lost like last time. He got his SS card and drivers license a while ago and has some job prospects, so getting the EAD sooner rather than later would help. We aren't in as big a hurry for the AOS & AP, but jobs keep passing by. Thanks for the good luck wishes...I'll take all I can get :star:

To help those who are not being touched. I've reviewed at least 5 cases where they were touched 6+ times and then nothing so far for more than a month or two. One guy had two touches a month or so ago and then "pow" just got his approval email for the I-485. Hang tight, I'm in the same boat of "no touches since...."
