Hey Guys,

I went to the job interview this morning everything went well I was hired on the spot!! I start wednesday!!........on my way home I stopped at the SS office to apply for a ss# and I got a print out of my number and the card will be sent in the mail in 7-10 buisness days!!yeahh I am very happy I got everything that I prayed for!!!

Hi "Iluvmyhubby". I didn't know you could get a print out of your number, I thought you had to wait for the actual card to get your number. So with the print out, you can just go to the DMV and apply for a DL?

Wow, I hope the SS office here does the same thing.

nana, may i know the date of your NOA for I-765? just to know what date they are processing now... i am not sure if they process it by date but....... you know how it feels to wait .... it makes you try to analyze/assume things. THANKS!

I can't understand USCIS... last week I got two E-mails from CRIS saying that card ordered and now this one...

"Receipt Number: MSCxxxxxxxxxx

Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On May 9, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service".

I just need my card

I also received the same set of emails but i noticed the following:

Only for EAD cards

First Email - Approval Notice - Informing you that the application has been approved (actually the approval date is in the actual card -date when they first mailed out the FIRST NOTICE/EMAIL)

Second Email - Notice that the card has been ordered

Third & Final Email - Informing you that your actual EAD card/approval has been sent

This is just based on my personal observation and Elmira I am sure the card is on its way.

Mine Was Like This:

1st Email Card Production Ordered

2nd Email Card Production Ordered

3rd Email Approval Notice Sent

I didn't get a 4th one. But I noticed that people who have it this way usually get the card within 1-4 days after the 3rd email. I'm expecting ours here tomorrow or Monday at the latest.

My husband AOS has been TOUCHED again today..I don't know what the hell is going on ..this is will be 5 TOUCHED since CSC got the case..

My husband AOS has been TOUCHED again today..I don't know what the hell is going on ..this is will be 5 TOUCHED since CSC got the case..

I noticed a lot of the Philippines AOS applications are getting touched. I wonder if one country has precedence over another? We'll wait an see. I'm glad you're seeing something on your AOS!!!

Mine was touched everyday since May 7! We'll hope for the best. It looks like CSC is now working on cases transferred for the month of March huh?Let's just be positive about it like we always do. Everything has its own time and we just have to go with the flow. We got touches and that only proves that they are working on it and I am always thankful that its progressing fairly quick.

Finally, congrats to all who got their EAD & AP approvals! For me who got the actual EAD 2 days ago the pressure to get a job was really on since we got a new car yesterday. Hmmm, that is enough to motivate me to keep looking for a job. I have some job offers but I am still considering other companies that pay a little better. All the best of the best for us all!
