We haven't had any touches since her biometrics so touches really don't mean anything as we have our appointment letter and no touches.

I've checked online about a dozen times today..no touches and my hubby says nothing in the snail mail/email either I too, am happy to see all the good news the last couple of days.!

we had the biometrics appt on April 5th but we are still waiting... so does this mean we probably wont be getting a RFE since we didnt get anything by now and maybe we will be getting the EAD card soon? and will my husband be getting an interview for AOS? I guess I'm alittle lost about the process of AOS ...

Please follow the instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made.

Hi all, we got our Biometrics appointment letter last Monday - we are very happy that we're seeing activity quite suddenly after the otherwise long delay of about a month after we initially submitted our application.
