Our cases are not showing up online yet either----only the page where it says the case has been receiving and is pending---when I log in the case portfolio only contains our fiance petition

I think it´s showing online to you but it only doesn´t appear under your portfolio. You should add it there manually

I'm not quite following you---maybe you could give me a step by step instruction. You are at the same USCIS site that we always logged in to for our fiance petition right?

Yes. You are logged in and looking at your fiance petition and underneath you should see a sentence "To add a case to your portfolio click here" Then you type the number of the document you wanna add to your portfolio
