Just check status online for AOS and I got a touched.....does that mean it's next in line for approval??????????????

Hey guys!!

tell me if Im dreaming??? so I woke up this morning and do what I do every morning and that is checking my stats online my I130 wasn't showing up online so I said let me check to see if it is and this is what I saw:

Receipt Number: MSCxxxxxxxx48

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On April 28, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

I just can't believe this, I checked like a billion times to see if it's the right receipt number but it is!! Im also not sure if it's because I send an expedite request with my hubbys deployment orders so I can be approved before he leave.....I never know they aprove the I130 before the I485 as I send them all together... so basically I was approved in 30 days from when I mailed my application!! I am going to call customer service to find out if it's possible b4 i get my hopes up!!......

you are lucky already!! as your travel document was approved.. there is only you I guess with approved AP :) So you shouldn't worry about this online thing :) as it is small thing

Same here...every morning, before/while on/after meal...before going to bed and still on my dreams i can't see any progress on my i-485 and i-765. I NEED TO WORK... :help: :help: :help: :help: :help: :help: :help: :help: :help: :help: :help:

Hopefully tonight in my dream i can see at least a progress on my i-485 and i-765.

Congratulations also to Iluvmyhubby24/7!! That is amazing news and hopefully a bit of a good luck charm for the rest of us :)

We had our biometrics today. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. J did have to take out his piercing for his photo, not sure if anyone else had to do that but he said they were very polite about it. :)
