It says its been touched today so they must have just put it in the computer !

Congratulations! I checked immigration timelines and people who send their AOS mid of february started getting their EADs... I am so excited!!! Can't wait!!!

My husband's AOS has been touched every day since biometrics and EAD the day after. Nothing on the AP online.

tell me if Im dreaming??? so I woke up this morning and do what I do every morning and that is checking my stats online my I130 wasn't showing up online so I said let me check to see if it is and this is what I saw:

Receipt Number: MSCxxxxxxxx48

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On April 28, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

I just can't believe this, I checked like a billion times to see if it's the right receipt number but it is!! Im also not sure if it's because I send an expedite request with my hubbys deployment orders so I can be approved before he leave.....I never know they aprove the I130 before the I485 as I send them all together... so basically I was approved in 30 days from when I mailed my application!! I am going to call customer service to find out if it's possible b4 i get my hopes up!!......

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

Just wanted to let you all know that we had biometrics today. It went smoothly given the fact that the appointment letter was delivered to my sister's house a month and a half ago. All of this time I was thinking that we didn't get the letter for biometrics and we did. She just didn't see it. I cried all Sunday hoping and praying that they wouldn't abandon the case. We went on Monday and they weren't open so we trailed it back up there this morning and was one of the first people to be seen. The lady said oh we only do makeups on the Wed and Sat. My face went upside down and she smiled and said thats okay we will take care of you guys today. I was so happy.

So now hopefully things can move smoothly from now. I have changed the address as of 04/01 so everything should be coming directly to us. We were so worried but I guess there are still some nice people in USCIS. My sister was so hurt because she knew that she dropped the ball. How do you have mail in your house for a month and a half and not see it. What if its bills or something? Anyways, we are okay now. Thank god!
