4-24, our case was touched for the EAD....and today, 4-25, this just in from CRIS:

"On April 25, 2008, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO

REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE

CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this

action."

Congratulations!!! Our cases were transfered on same day :dance:

Congrats to everyone.....It looks like there is alot of progress going on here!!!!!! yayyyyyyyyyyyy

Sorry I have been out of the loop but I have been extremely busy. So, no one answered my question. LOL. We are the only ones without a biometrics appointment. The case has been transferred to Cali and everything. Should we call? Is this unsual? I think it is! I don't know if we should be worried or not.

Can anyone help us out on this. Thanx guys. If you respond can you please send me a msg because it is hard to go back and read through the pages to find the response. Thanks again and good luck to everyone.

Just for the record, we got ALL 9 of our NOA1s today in the mail.

3 for Mahal ko, and 2 for each of the kids. We only had to wait 6 weeks. :crying:

On the humorous side, each arrived in its own nice little envelope. Nice to know USCIS is ignoring ways to save money and protect the environment and instead keeps automated envelope stuffing machines employed. :thumbs:

Checks were cashed finally and cleared the bank account on April 24.

Well you can't blame them for extra envelopes since I am always suprised by how many people I encounter and businesses too that don't recycle. Besides you paid enough you deserve to get each in its own envelope lol

I take care of our finances also, and my hubby drops me off and picks me up to do the shopping, but i still can't wait to be able to do more! :innocent:

Rosie when you get a job and start driving make sure you come back to let us know how your doing!!

Yeah, that's for sure. I will always be hanging around. Anyway, I forget to mention that I am also currently reviewing the DL Handbook and taking my time to do the practice tests online. That's one thing that keeps me busy while we wait for the approval. In a week or two , hopefully we can get more good news in our cases. :thumbs:

I was reading your guys conversation about all the time you are having right now and sense of self-accomplishment. I don't know but I see this time through a different perspective. First, I am not in a hurry for anything, cause there's really nothing I can do to speed up this process but pray that it all goes smooth....and I am taking this time to put my house in order, to practice cooking nice and yummy meals to my hubby, to have all the house errands done before he gets home so we can spend time together, and I feel so accomplished doing that while he is there making the money. I miss having my own money but I don't feel bad for not having it right row, even also being on a budget. And besides that...ahh...there's so much I want to learn! I am learning photograpy, digital Scrapbooking, studying photoshop, studying the awesome Texas Drivers Handbook :bonk: , practicing the tests online also and getting in shape (training for a 5K race!), practicing my Pilates at home. I am really taking this time to serve my husband, enjoy my house and to prepare myself for the next steps and for the things I do want to accomplish! It is a good transition time girls. I am sure i will miss it later! :)

Congrats to all of you getting transfered!

I'm so jealous I haven't even been touched since our bio appt and I still can't see I485 online....hopefully after they process our RFE I'll be able to!

Hi All,

Has anyone from Family Based AOS March 2008 Filers received their Interview? or interview was waved?

I haven't received my EAD and i feel sooooooooooooooo bored at home. I wanna go find work overseas while waiting so i can support my Parents in Philippines too. My wife works but i don't want to ask something from her for my family in phils.

Any idea if i can get the 10 Year GC since we've been Married since May 2005??????

That's 3 years nextmonth.

There's only one March filer who is due for an interview on May 6. The rest of the cases that was transferred to the CSC was still pending. I am one of those whose case has been pending at the CSC since March 25. So, let's see if there's any progress in the next few days. :thumbs: I am not certain, but most likely you will receive a 10 year GC :unsure: I can very well understand your situation though. But just hang in there!
