Iluvmyhubby24/7, i also received a RFe for the i-864.

What you need to include is:

-the entire income tax return for 2007, and the W-2

-6 months of paystubs

-employment letter

I also included the W-2 for 2006-05-04 but thats optional.

And you do not need to resubmit the I-864, just attach the required info to the RFE, and you will be good to go!!!

Is the employment letter necessary?? because her husband's employer is reluctant for some reason...they ask for it before they filed previously but still nothing....im thinking he's not asking on a daily bases but I will tell her to have him try again!!

ok gotcha .....Im actually on the phone with her as I typed, telling her to sign up on VJ.....(such a great site).....she said they didnt request for an employment letter just that she need to submit a I864 with the initial evidence that it requested on the I864 form!!! and not a I854ez which she did the first time......

Hey Guys!!!

Just got back from my BIO appt......It was okay I had one of those "smooth, out in 20 mins" experience.. the guy that took my BIO was so nice...I had no idea they give you choices!!..lol so he had me look at the photo that I took and I never really liked it and he took another.....didnt like that either....but the 3rd was a charm...come on can you blame me??lol

But besides that it was a breeze!!

I hope everything for us March filers will be a breeze as the BIO appt was!!!!

Based on timeline data my predicted adjudication dates moved from early May to late May for AP and from late May to ealy June for EAD Hopefully the date won´t start moving so drastically like it did last year for K1 with the whole slow down

Why do you say so? That rings a bell and based on what I am seeing the movement is fairly quick. I am hoping for the EAD earlier though, so I can finally start working. This lengthy wait is just more than enough. Come on EAD!
