AOS FILERS - March 2008

hello to all march filers..

We mailed our AOS application last March 19, 2008..and CHICAGO office received it 2 days later..

I already did my biometrics .. for now all cases are still pending...

Just want to ask those who already filed their AOS if how long does I-131 - Application for Travel Document will appear online (USCIS website).

I-485 & I-765 already appeared 2 days after my biometrics.

There's no defined time for it to appear online. I should say, it is case to case since per observation others view it right as they register their cases online but others never view it at all. So, it is likely that you will receive your approval without even viewing the status of your AP online. Just hang in there!

February filers are getting their EADs and APs at the moment. Less than a month for some of us

I know, it is getting me so excited !!! I cant wait till its out turn

Yes! EADs and APs are on the way. I can't wait to do the driving test, start driving and to know if I'll really be able to visit my family in Brazil on July... Ahh...can't wait!

Regular mail. When I saw the envelope I was sure it was an RFE. I almost fainted when I saw it was the transfer!

I hadn't seen our stuff online either, but then used the MSC # from the notice and it was there. Previously I had been using the MSC # off the back of my canceled check and nothing.
