I based the entries of AOS application on each users' timeline. I found it more easier to access.

Thanks for the UPDATE, Anthony Julie!!! It's still depressing, but I guess I'm not the only one out there without an I-485 NOA (after four weeks) of it ariving at the lockbox!

Nothing to worry about. I knew one Feb filer who waited for more than 1 month before she got her NOA (Jaenglishgirl) and now, her case is moving real fast.. Keep hang in there.

We received a touched today and guess what? I checked online and this is what the current status says: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

Prayerfully, EAD will be in the mail soon. Congratulations to those who recently received updates on their AOS case and good luck to us all.

Congratulations!!! But how did you find this message??? you just clicked on receipt number online from your UCSIC account??? Because we are going to send everything back (RFE) this week, but when they sent us RFE it still was saying - "Case received and pending"???

well we got the dumbest RFE today for our I485...they wanted to see that the co-sponsor was a USC. It doesnt even matter anymore as i have a job and make plenty more than the minimum limits so we dont even need the sponsor, but still, i will send it back to the PO box in Lees Summit and hopefully get some progress soon!

this is strange.. I guess we never will understand USCIS.... we never send our co-sponsor's prove of citizenship.. and nothing... but they asked for freaking 1040 for 2007.... when i am sure many March filers never filed it as we filed in the beginning of year and never received RFE... I guess it depends who is looking through your application... strange world of USCIS anyway.. good luck ...

Yesterday was really an exciting day for me, by the end of the day we also got an email from the website where my hubby bought my wedding ring, which I've never used because we got the wrong size, and after 5 months we called them and they said that if the ring was in perfect conditions they would give us another one with the correct size...so the email said I am getting my new ring today!!! It was a expensive ring and I couldn't forget my baby's disappointment when he arrived in Brazil a week before the wedding and the ring didn't was one size too large. We found a 10 dollar similar one just for the ceremony, which got damaged right the next week by the ocean, where he also lost his wedding ring But that's ok!

When I see God answering my prayers (either if a positive or negative answer) my heart is filled with joy and peace,

because I am reminded of how much He cares for me and is taking care not just of the big "things" but even small details of my life. And when you feel like that you can't help but share it with others.

One thing that I usually do is to thank Him in advance for whatever is gonna happen, He already knows and He knows better!

Whatever is your case situation today...I'd like to encourage you to do the same.

My inlaws (who are the joint household sponsor) are gone away for a week but they left the letter and 6 months of paystubs...so hopefully thats all we need!
