You won't get an e-mail when there is a touch, only when a decision has been made. A touch means they have done something in your application, maybe they are looking at it or whatever, it is like an update.

For what I believe MSC stands for Missouri Service Center.

just came from biometrics... it was esy.. no people at all ... but they couldn't take my biometrics for so long as I have (regarding them) wired fingers....

Looked at my case online and my I765 (EAD) was touched again!!!!! So I guess it happened because of biometrics??? Then why not I131 (AP)???
