It seems like if you can see everything online except your I485 then your going to get an RFE.....

hopefully we can get everything sent in quick and get the show back on the road!

That's not necessarily true. Others still have nothing showing online have already had their cases transfered with no RFE's.

I agree. I was able to see all my cases online since I got the biometrics notice (never got NOAs hardcopies). But still I got RFE..

I agree. I was able to see all my cases online since I got the biometrics notice (never got NOAs hardcopies). But still I got RFE..

Hi everyone!!!

Well, my husband has his biometrics appointment today. It was very quick and easy. His appointment was at 10 am, we arrived at 9:30 am, and we were out of there by 9:50 am. It was all very quick. They only asked to see his appointment letter and and ID.

Do you guys know how long it takes after biometrics to get your EAD???

4.28.07 - Married in Jalisco Mexico - Cozumel Honeymoon for 2 weeks

7.14.07 - Received NOA1 (WOW after 6 weeks, I was worried...called INS and told me CSC had a computer "glitch" causing delays on printing Receipt notices and approvals)

I got done with biometrics appointment today.My appointment was at 2pm ,I was there at 1;10pm .They took me right away.I didnt have to wait or anything.They did want to see our Marriage certificate since I havent change my ID with my married name yet.So dont forget to bring your Marriage certificate with you when you are going for biometrics!! Good luck everybody!!!! :whistle:

Malla, I couldn't see my case online until tonight - I had my Biometrics done today - so it seems like in some cases the Biometrics information is what triggers the online posting!

Hey all...I go to Las Vegas tomorrow...the honeymoon we never got and to see my family!! I'm so excited...just hoping that we have no problems....being pregnant I've been very emotional and if I get yelled at there is no doubt that I will cry!

Same for me. And I can only see my EAD and AOS online, not the AP. So I'm 99.9% sure the biometrics triggered the online stuff to show up. Still waiting on the AP :whistle:
