AOS FILERS - March 2008

We are new on this visa journey site ! We mailed our aos package to chicago lock box on march 2 and still have not got our noa or checks cashed ! It is very frustrating ! I called uscis and asked them if i should be concerned and the lady said call back after it has been 90 days since filed ! very frustrating !

Thank you guys ... my husband is gonna call them today and ask what they need from us, but they asked for tax documents of the most recent year and employment verification letter... as we submitted 2006 tax year papers, we guess they need 2007.. .... our co-sponsor's 2007 taxes papers will be ready only in the end of April ..... so hopefully they will need only letter of employment verification from my co-sponsor (my sister in-law) and my husband... so let's see what is gonna happened.... but believe me this letter made me even crying.... thanks God I have such an understandable husband who supported me... so hopefully we will send everything by the end of this week...

Hope the RFE won't cause you any delays on your case. Just send them back as soon as you get all your documents.

We just sent 2006 tax returns, hope that's fine coz we already got RFE!

Hey Everyone! We received our NOAs in the mail today for the I-130, I-485, and the I-765!!!! Yay! The Notice Date is March 26, 2008 and our case is online to view it says received and pending.

Biometrics done today. It was smooth-sailing, went to New Orleans ASC an hour before my appointment time. It took 15 minutes tops for my picture and fingerprints to be taken. They only asked for my passport as identification and the appointment letter. Done 5 minutes before 11am.

Biometrics done today. It was smooth-sailing, went to New Orleans ASC an hour before my appointment time. It took 15 minutes tops for my picture and fingerprints to be taken. They only asked for my passport as identification and the appointment letter. Done 5 minutes before 11am.

CONGRATULATIONS KURSST! My biometrics will be tomorrow and i hope it will turn out fine. We are planning to be there earlier than the scheduled time.

Thanks, David-Rhosie. ... I'm sure biometrics will be easy for you, too. As long as you come early or on time and have all the necessary documents, it's a piece of cake. We have similar timelines and both were transferred to CSC. Guess, we're both lucky. Goodluck tomorrow.

YEA!!!! I looked several times today and at 5pm before I left work and ...nothing. Thought I'd check one last time before bed and there they were!! I can see my AP & EAD cases online...ya-hoooo!!! Happy dance time!!
