I just got back from my Biometrics appointment and it all went went but i think it'll be worth to share my experience

Hi folks, i wont be a march filer because i will get my vaccination sheet done on april 1st but i am sure you guys can help me some info.

FORM I-864 QUESTION 24 D/E

D: The persons listed above have completed Form I-864A. I am filing along with this form all necessary Forms I-864A completed by these persons.

E: The person listed above, does need to complete Form I-864A because he/she is the intending immigrant and has no accompanying dependents.

Do i have to take answer E? I have a daughter who came with me on a K2.

In our case we answered E. So, hope you can figure it out soon. Good luck and wishing you a speedy approval.

HI MARCH FILERS AGAIN!!

So we just received (march26,2008)RFE because my husband forgot to attach his W2 and 1099 ! We sent it back right away (march27,2008)no big deal

03/03/08 AOS sent to Chicago

03/10/08 Noticed

03/13/08 Received NOA for I-130,I-485,I-765

03/14/08 Biometrics appt. received

03/21/08 I-130,I-485,I-765 shows up online

03/26/08 RFE received

03/27/08 RFE sent back

04/02/08 Biometrics!!

We also received RFE for something that was already in there They asked for I 94 card front and back and we already sent it. Anyway we sent it certified mail today to MO so hopefully we will receive biometrics soon. Should we have already received biometrics before RFE? Hopefully we can pick back up with everything.

Are you all able to see biometrics on the computer?

Can you please rephrase your question? As far as I can see in your timeline you already received your biometrics appointment and you can't view that online. Sorry, I really can't figure out what you are meaning to say.

No I cant see our biometrics appointment online...I am not sure if anybody can...I am looking forward to hear something about our RFE but nothing yet....We should really expect some touches after biometrics appointment though... march is a good month... good luck all march filers...

I just checked my case online and I saw touches on the I-485 and I-765!!!

Hope this is good news!!! I'm freaking out!!!!

Hello!Nice info..we want to do our Biometric early..how did you do it?do you have to call to let them know that you want to go for biometrics early or just show up?my husband is schedule on April 08, 2008, but we want to do it this coming tues..anybody here knows please do reply..thanks again VJ family!!

And we just walked in and asked if we can take it today because my husband (which is also my ride) works on the schedualed day, and it was no problem. But we went early in the morning as soon as they oppened up so there was absolutely no crowd.

We also tried to see if there was a phone number to the office, but there isnt, just show up early before a croud appears, and you should be fine. All the best to you two!

They updated ours the same day as the Biometrics, I assume they are just updating the applications with the Biometrics data.

So how does this work? Does the speed of when you get your biometrics appointment depend on which place you should go to? So maybe our place has to do too many people therefore we still haven´t heard from them?

scott and marta, I am not sure. I am also from the central coast of Cali. santa barbara to be specific, and I took my bio's in goleta. If you see my timeline it did not take too long! Also did you file in chicago??
