don't worry... mine was cashed 11 days after we send... almost 2 weeks.... you still have time.. wait this week and if nothing call to USCIS on Monday

:dance: :dance: :dance: Dance with me! I just received a mail from CRIS stating that my I-485 application has just been transferred today to the CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER. I was so hoping that I will receive it today and yes I really did! Come next tuesday and I will have my biometrics and EAD will be on its way! I love how everything just progress so quickly for all of us March filers. It's worth celebrating, right?

David-Rhosie congrats on getting transferred to CSC. We're hoping that we will get similar email by next week.

Dont worry, Uscis received my forms on the 16th also, and I just got it my NOA's yesterday, I bet you will get it this week!!!

If you paid with a personal check , you can check it with your bank and if you used Western Union money order then you can call the customer service hotline. Just wait for a few more days and your NOAs will be there soon. Good luck!

HI MARCH FILERS AGAIN!!

So we just received (march26,2008)RFE because my husband forgot to attach his W2 and 1099 ! We sent it back right away (march27,2008)no big deal

03/03/08 AOS sent to Chicago

03/10/08 Noticed

03/13/08 Received NOA for I-130,I-485,I-765

03/14/08 Biometrics appt. received

03/21/08 I-130,I-485,I-765 shows up online

03/26/08 RFE received

03/27/08 RFE sent back

04/02/08 Biometrics!!
