I'm just hoping they schedule the biometrics for us in Portland, OR. not Seattle, WA. We are WA residents, but it's a 3-4 hour trip to Seattle and just across the river to Portland. :unsure:

Of course..I'd have to, but not an easy task when you work 3 jobs (one of them being a gov't job). I suppose for people who can leave work or take time off easily, it's no biggie and they can make a mini vacation out of it :)

Hi all! Newbie on here looking for some answers and hopefully soon be able to give some as well.

Do i need to send my Husband's W2's for the last five years with the G-325A for the I-130?

I will go ahead and send mine just because I would rather have them stacked with my paperwork, but since he has to send in the I865 with all those supporting docs? Sorry hope this isnt too confusing.

Any help appreciated.

If you got your NOAs then you must have the receipt number. Check it out it's in the left, topmost part of the Notice of Action. Mine starts with MSC-xx-xxx-xxxxx.

You just have to wait, mine wasn't up until a few days after I received my NOAs. Mine starts with "MSC" as well... This is what i found out on the USCIS website regarding that issue:

Q : I received my receipt notice, but when I check my case online it does not appear. How do I get my case added to the system so I can check its progress?

USCIS had an unprecedented number of applications filed over the summer. Our efforts to enter these applications into our systems have caused a delay in the transfer of information from our case control system to the Case Status Online system. We are experiencing delays of up to 3 to 4 weeks between receipting your application and its status being available www.uscis.gov. If you have additional questions after your information is available on Case Status Online, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.
