Our Time Line... April 18, 2007 - I-129F mailed to NSC

April 24, 2007 - I-129F received at NSC

May 18, 2007 - I-129F received at CSC

August 22, 2007 - called USCIS and found out we were APPROVED on August 18, 2007

August 22, 2007 - received email from CRIS, late afternoon, saying we were approved

September 10, 2007 - NVC RECEIVED! YAY!

September 12, 2007 - Left NVC on it's way to Dublin! WAHOOOO!

September 28, 2007 - Packet 3 Received

November 1, 2007 - Medical

November 8, 2007 - Packet 3 Sent to Embassy

December 7, 2007 INTERVIEW!!!

APPROVED!!!!

December 19, 2007 **Alan arrives in Seattle**

Today officially starts month 5 of the AOS wait. My wife and I were hoping this process would have been faster than the K1 process (6.5 months) but we are not holding our breath :wacko: . At least she got her EAD. Good luck all March filers still waiting and everybody else for that matter.

7.14.07 - Received NOA1 (WOW after 6 weeks, I was worried...called INS and told me CSC had a computer "glitch" causing delays on printing Receipt notices and approvals)

10.30.07 - APPROVED No email, the NOA2 came in the mail...hard copy.

7.23.07 - I-129F received in Chicago

7.30.07 - Received NOA1

11.21.07 - APPROVED!!!! APPROVED. GOT AN E-MAIL ON THANKSGIVING!

Hello Everyone!!! Got my interview scheduled on OCTOBER 10, 2008 in LA.

That's so cool. Mine is 10 days after you. USCIS still not update online. Mine I-485 last update was 4/2/08 and My wife got an interview letter in mail yesterday.

There is a whole list of documents we need to bring to the interview. I have a question regarding the I-693 (medical). we submitted the I-693A (supplement) when we filed the AOS. Does anyone have to do whole medical again before the interview? We did not have any touch or RFE since BIO.

2008-02-10 Received Notice fr SSA

2008-02-10 SSC issued with 10-BD

2008-02-14 Married; will get MC within 10 BD

2008-02-18 Recievd SSC

2008-03-17 Rec'd 3 NOAs in the mail, but NOA dated 3/12/08

2008-04-04 Bio Appointment

2008-05-06 I765 in the mail

2008-05-06 I131 approved and in the mail

2008-08-26 Interview in CA 10/20/2008 Approved

2010-10-20 Remove Conditional--Gone Fishing 4 awhile now!!!!!!

2010-12-23 GC received--No More USCIS to deal with for now.

I think our files may have disappeared into the infamous black hole scientist are always talking about. It would be nice to receive an interview letter soon and forget about the USCIS for awhile :blink:

gosh things are happening today .... interview date is the 21st october ..... gives us time to prepare .....

6 months in the waiting ....

now hopefully we wont have to change this date and location if and when we move to colorado

03/16/2008 Received RFE I-130

03/26/2008 RFE for I-130, sent to LA Through USPS Certified mail
