I am extremely worried about the passport photos. So I think we are going to send in 2 more photos to the same lock box address with the receipt number posted. Do you think I should just wait for an RFE or just go ahead and send it? Thks for all advice

I wouldn't bother trying that, there's almost no chance the photos would be united with the file. Just wait for an RFE and reply back immediately with the photos, it won't delay you (based on other people's timelines)

yayyy!! I checked the mailbox today and there was 2 of our NOA... for AOS and EAD!!! Dated March 13th!!! so now we wait for the biometrics appt letter... i think!? yayyyy!!!

Don't worry I guess you sent 4 photos as well as we did But we are not going to send 2 more only if they ask, and if they do not it is even better

I have a question and maybe you can help. We received both NOA's for AOS and EAD today. Both notices said that my husband needs biometrics, and that an appointment would be sent.

Are we getting two appointments for Biometrics, or just one? I'm a little lost here. For those who already went through this, please assist.

Checked the USPS site and apparently our package was signed for in Chicago on Sunday after 10pm...they must really be working hard there

Somebody from a different thread had to go for two biometrics appointments....the other one was for AP...but I guess it´s not always required, so you will see

Just wanted to report in that we received NOA's dated for March 11th (our package was received March 6th) YAY!!!!! so please update us on the spreadsheet. Now that I have read so many people have gotten biometrics appts I want to run home and check our mailbox I am really hoping we can get them done soon......we NEED EAD!!!!!!

Called to USCIS and they told me that it usually takes 30 days after to send a bio. appointment letter.. Are you kidding me????

interesting then that a lot of people get theirs the next day after their NOA .... but just be a little patient, It's probably on it's way to you right now.

Got my 3 NOAs 485, 131, and 765 yesterday in the mail dated 3/12/08 but credit card access check has not been posted to my account yet. I wonder if you USCIS has trouble getting the fees. I hope there would be no deday processing our AOS package. Goodluck everyone!
