Congratulations beejay!! :dancing: I'm so glad someone's gotten some good news!

I called USCIS last Friday (it's been a few weeks since my last call) and was told that our case is at NBC and there are no RFE's (I asked if there was an RFE causing the delay and I just hadn't gotten an email or snail mail) and was given the same "song and dance" as last time.."They are currently processing Oct 2007, so your case is within normal processing times and don't worry...the EAD & AP can be extended if need be." Since we filed in mid March, we won't be outside of normal processing times until the website says they are processing mid April of 2008.

And as usual..no touch was generated :cry:

I almost forgot to check the USCIS website this morning but remembered at the last minute and still nothing on the EAD and AP but screw that because...

I never expected that. I was ready for the long wait and was just impatient about not getting the EAD yet.

Maybe that's why nothing ever happened with the EAD? So cheer up my fellow vjers without EADs perhaps the USCIS just isn't wasting time producing things you won't need? My fingers are crossed for you guys!

Good luck to everyone still waiting, I'm sending good vibes for all of you!

The two people who´s GCs were now approved were actually transfered (to CSC I suppose). Once someone is transfered it´s another story. They get a GC usually soon and without any interview or anything. People who got no transfer just have to keep waiting.

It's USCIS main number: 1-800-375-5283. Be sure and follow the instructions for having a RFE (#4) so you'll get transferred to an operator, otherwise it's only a recording.
