We're finally done with all the RFE nonsense.

Got a letter from USCIS today saying our case was transferred to CSC on June 23rd.

Hopefully things will pick up now. We're also still waiting for EAD.

Congrats beejay for the transfer!Hope everything else will progress quickly. The faster, the better right?

EAD card production ordered last June 23! Still no word on my AOS though...

Congrats MariEnMichelle for the EAD approval! The best is yet to come and surely the wait is coming to an end very soon.Hang in there!

I havent heard anything on my AOS after getting EAD. I am worried..

We have almost the exact same timelines and I haven't heard anything either. We're not the only ones, but it sure is disappointing isn't it?

I think the USCIS was working overtime on June 23rd, thats when I got my touch as well. I was just wondering if anyone had the same opinion as me on the touch...

My case was already over 90 days on the 22nd, and it was touched the 23rd. I cant imagine they would pick it up and see the date it was filed and want to wait any longer to finish it up. I was just wondering...is it possible that June 23rd was actually the day it was approved and its been sent into the e-mail lineup and i'm just waiting for it to be delivered? Maybe i'll get it in the mail while i'm waiting for the email to circulate.

Here's another bit of good news for my AOS and an update as well for those waiting for their transfer and interview schedule from NBC to the California District Office. It's a good thing that our district congressman did a follow up on my case. Here the email from her:

"Good morning. I have some good news. For Case MSCXXXXXXXXXX, AXXXXXXXX form I-485, received 4/9/08, for Jose Mari Suzara has been made ready for interview and placed in Los Angeles (LOS) District Office’s interview queue. I am unable to give you a timeline when the interview date will be set. District Offices pull from the interview queue based on the receipt’s received date. An interview notice will be sent out about 1 month prior to the interview date. Currently, LOS is processing receipts dated 9/14/07.

For Case MSCXXXXXXXXXX, AXXXXXXXX form I-765, received 4/9/08, was today approved. Mr. Suzara should receive his EAD card in 2 to 3 weeks.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance."

I'm glad that im getting queued for transfer and interview already although the online system hasn't shown that. Take note that the LOS is a year behind schedule...huhuhuhu...so i guess there's nothing to do but pray and wait...

Same in here no touches on my AOS since the beginning of April... At least I have the EAD, passed my driving test a while ago too and finally I have found a job to keep me entertained ;-) I'm all set for now.

It's 06/27/2008 and NO EAD in mail yet??????????????????????????????????????????????? (Day 89)

Received AP in 3 days but no EAD yet. I want to know if anyone else waited this long (15 days!!) to get EAD in mail. I am really frustrated about this EAD.

Since the BIO day, my AOS has not been updated. Today, i chekched the mail and i found a the appointment letter for august.

Well, congratulations on the appointment, at least you are making progress.

Our case has NOT been touched since biometrics on 4/2...no transfer either. So we hope to get a transfer soon, or if we are lucky an interview.

I see I'm not alone in this...there are still many of us March filers waiting for AOS.....

Well we received AP today in the mail which is funny because our case could not be found on the website. We are thankful for the Ap document given that we recently sent for it due to home sickness. Still no luck with the AOS though. We are no longer depending on the website for an accurate response. Good luck to everyone and I hope we all start seeing some AOS approvals pretty soon.

I rceived my interview letter on Saturday and my interview date is scheduled on August 20 in Phoenix AZ. In the letter it is saying that" Notice for Initial Interview for AOS". Is it eveyone getting in their letter? Just curious? Please lets share how to prepare for interview. Thanks.

My interview is July 25th in Denver I'm a little nervous....I'm going to start getting a photo album together and photo copying our health insurance ect....we're also moving and we sign the lease tomorrow so I'm going include a copy of that. July is going to be such a busy month....I'll be so glad when I feel more ready for the interview.
